Mark Rubin – Bankruptcy Attorney
I graduated from law school in 1991. Upon graduation, I was extended an offer to work for Gardere & Wynne, a large law firm with over 200 lawyers. My area of expertise was corporate bankruptcy. After four years of practicing corporate bankruptcy, I realized that there was a far better use of my skills in my area of expertise. I also realized in my early days as an attorney that individuals and small businesses face financial uncertainty every day, and that educating individuals and small businesses regarding debt and financial options is very important. Thus, I left Gardere & Wynne and started Rubin & Associates in order to educate and represent individuals, families and small businesses who were struggling with debt. When I am not helping individuals with their debt problems, I spend most of my time with my wife and three children, who are actively involved in sports and youth group activities. I enjoy playing hockey, going to the lake with my children and watching movies.
Stacey Coe D’Lizarraga – Bankruptcy Attorney
I attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated in 1988 with a B.A. in Communication. I went on to attend Oklahoma City University School of Law and received my J.D. in 1992. Upon receiving my J.D., I practiced in both family and bankruptcy law. However, since 1999 my sole focus has been on bankruptcy. I have lived in Texas since 1994 and along with my husband, have two wonderful sons. What I enjoy most about my job is that I get to come to work every day and assist our clients in moving forward with their lives. I love helping people find ways to resolve their financial problems and hopefully giving them some peace of mind.
